Does Al-Farah ship to my country?
We currently ship to almost any country in the world. All you have to do is place your items in the cart and checkout using your credit card, it's that simple.

I placed an order online, how do I know it was recieved by Al-Farah?
Shortly after placing your order you will be e-mailed a confirmation invoice. Please add sales@al-farah to your safe list/address book to insure you recieve your confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped we will email you your tracking number (please check you junk mail and add us to your safe list). The shipping company will then be able to provide you with delivery information.
I am trying to place an order, but can not complete it?
Please make sure that the billing address you enter matches the address on file with your credit card company. If you recently moved your credit card company may still have your old address on file.
You also must enter all required information and verify that it is correct.

You may need to enter your zip code in the format of letters first followed by numbers. For example A1B 2C3 would be ABC 123
What if something from my order doesn't fit or I don't like it?
Al-Farah offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply complete the return form on the back of your invoice, mail the items back via the carrier of your choice, and once your return has been received and processed an email will be sent. Please note processing time is from 7-14 business days.
